Generally, only non-customizable business supplies included with the new demonstrator Starter Kit can backorder (this allows the kit to ship as soon as possible and the unavailable products will be sent as soon as they are received).
The non-customizable business supplies in the Starter Kit are also available for all demonstrators (new or existing) to order individually as supply items.
Once we get more of these products, we’ll send them to you. They’ll be shipped separate from your original order, with no additional shipping charges.
